The Lapaire Group was created in 2018 in Kenya and already has close to 100 Optical Shops and over 450 employees in Uganda, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Mali, Benin, Togo and Senegal.

🌟 Lapaire Internship Program – June to August 2025

Duration: 2 Months | Location: Kampala, Uganda | Stipend: UGX 230,000/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a final-year student or a recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience and discover what it's like to work in a fast-growing, pan-African company? Lapaire is offering a 2-month internship program that goes beyond just work experience — it's a gateway to learning, networking, and contributing to meaningful impact in eye care.

✅ Who We’re Looking For
We’re inviting applications from:
- Final-year students or graduates (Jan 2024 onwards)
- Fields of study: Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Eager learners with strong interpersonal skills and interest in customer-facing roles

📌 Eligibility
- Must be available full-time for the program duration: 9 June – 8 August 2025
- Must provide proof of student status or recent graduation
- Internship experience of 3+ months is preferred (not mandatory)
- NSSF registration is an added advantage
